Position Summary:

Join the Penn Foster Group’s Consumer Marketing team as a Marketing Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting brand, content, digital and go-to-market initiatives. In this role, you'll help execute tasks related to content operations, conduct competitive and industry research, and provide project management support to ensure marketing initiatives stay on track. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing managers to drive engagement and grow brand awareness. Essential Job Functions:

  • Support content operations by organizing, publishing, and maintaining marketing assets across platforms.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking timelines and communicating project updates.
  • Identify channel marketing opportunities to expand reach and improve campaign performance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing project plans to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to support campaign execution and performance reporting.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with project management tools (ex: , Workfront, Asana, Monday, Trello) preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
