Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Salary: $17 - 22 Pending experience

Duties:

• Assist residents with basic activities of daily living (ADL's).
• Promptly answer resident call lights.
• Transport and assist residents throughout the facility.
• Maintain safety of residents at all times.

Qualifications:

• Arizona CNA or LNA license is required.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Card
• BLS Card (Must be instructor led)

Available Shifts

(8-hour shifts, rotating weekends)

• Day Shift: 6: 00 AM - 2: 00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2: 00 PM - 10: 00 PM
• NOC Shift: 10: 00 PM - 6: 00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Help with mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
• Monitor and chart vital signs
• Reposition residents to prevent discomfort or bedsores
• Assist with meals and feeding when necessary
• Maintain accurate records using PointClickCare
