We are a skilled nursing facility looking for a Full-Time Activity Assistant to join our team! You'll help lead engaging and safe group activities in our Behavioral Health Unit, working alongside a supportive and dynamic team.

Schedule: 9am - 5pm with Rotating weekends

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in planning and organizing the monthly activity calendar
• Lead fun, therapeutic, and engaging group activities for residents
• Document participation and activity outcomes in resident charts
• Contribute creative new ideas to keep residents active, engaged, and uplifted
• Support a positive, inclusive environment through meaningful interaction

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with residents in a behavioral health setting
