What you will enjoy doing*- You will be responsible for identifying, developing, andsecuring new business opportunities using technical expertise and the Lindetechnologies portfolio.
- Grow industrial gases and equipment sales in the West Regionthrough value-based technical and consultative selling.
- Acquire new and expand existing customers throughprospecting, lead qualification, market strategy, business case development, proposal creation, and technology-based pricing recommendations.
- Provide technical sales support and oversee projectimplementation and start-up to ensure successful customeronboarding.
- Analyze markets and industry activity including niches, regional economic trends, competition, and product application opportunities.
- Initiate and execute growth campaigns, market initiatives, and customer communication strategies.
- Monitor competitive activity and develop response strategiesbased on market intelligence and Linde's technology differentiators.
- Develop customer and industry relationships includingprospects, consultants, and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teamsincluding Sales, Linde Technology (LT), National BD, Applications Equipment, and Customer Service.
- Leverage internal resources to support opportunitydevelopment and sales strategy execution.
- Participate in regional and national sales strategydevelopment with business development, key account teams, and sales leadership.
- Support assigned industries including Heat Treatment, Additive Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Metals, Glass, Food, Electronics, and Semiconductor.
- Operate from Arizona with preference for Phoenix or Tempe; compensation includes base, commission schedule, and company vehicle.
What makes you great- BS degree required, with engineering or other technicaldisciplines strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience, ideally in technical sales andwithin relevant industrial markets.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support customers, projects, and regional initiatives.
- Proven record of customer acquisition and growthdemonstrating resilience and consistent results.
