Join the Risk Management and Compliance team at JPMorgan Chase, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our strength and resilience. You'll anticipate emerging risks and use your expertise to tackle challenges affecting our company, customers, and communities. As part of the Firmwide Risk Reporting and Middle Office, you'll produce vital internal and external reports, support regulatory requirements, and execute controls to ensure the quality of risk data. As an Analyst within the Chief Investment Office, Treasury and Corporate/Liquidity Risk Reporting team, your responsibilities will encompass managing and executing both Regulatory and Internal Risk Reporting. You will assist risk managers in the continuous monitoring and reporting of risk exposures. Your tasks will include Regulatory and Internal Risk Reporting for Firmwide and North America Chief Investment Office, Treasury and Corporate/Liquidity Risk Reporting, covering areas such as Chief Investment Office, Treasury and Corporate, Market Risk, Capital Risk, Liquidity Stress, Limits and Indicators Utilization & Legal Entity Risk Reporting. You will be actively involved in various Strategic Transformation Programs and Tactical Initiatives aimed at automating and enhancing controls within existing reporting processes. You will be encouraged to develop skills in Intelligent Solutions like Tableau and Alteryx and use them to automate Reporting processes. Your role will also include enhancing the overall control environment by developing new controls, automating existing manual processes and improving the process documentation. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the deliverables and effectively communicate and collaborate with various interfacing teams and Senior Stakeholders globally across the Risk Management space. Additionally, you will provide support to other team members in producing daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and Perform Regulatory and Internal Risk Reporting while providing support to risk managers for ongoing monitoring and reporting of risk exposures
  • Perform Regulatory and Internal Risk Reporting for Firmwide and North America Chief Investment Office, Treasury and Corporate/Liquidity Risk Reporting. Includes Chief Investment Office, Treasury and Corporate, Market Risk, Capital Risk, Liquidity Stress, Limits and Indicators Utilization & Legal Entity Risk Reporting
  • Participate in various Strategic Transformation Programs and Tactical Initiatives to automate and enhance controls within existing reporting processes

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Risk and/or Financial reporting; Candidates with less experience may be considered for this position if skillset and objectives align with the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; strong control mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills needed for working within a team environment as well as communicating across departments of various levels and backgrounds
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS applicable required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and other Business Intelligence tools a plus
  • Knowledge in VBA a plus
