Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and reliable HCBS Manager to oversee daily operations of our HCBS and group home programs. The HCBS Manager will ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, maintain quality care standards, and support the overall success of our services and team members. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of HCBS and group home servicesSupervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Lead staffEnsure compliance with state regulations, policies, and licensing requirementsReview incident reports, documentation, and timesheets for accuracy and completionConduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluationsCoordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverageMonitor member health, safety, and service qualityCommunicate with case managers, families, and healthcare providersParticipate in audits, inspections, and investigations as neededEnsure all required documentation is completed and maintained
