What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, gait training, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and recovery goals
• Accurately document all treatments in the EMR system
• Contribute to discharge planning and overall patient outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for patient care and rehabilitation
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic rehab environment
