Filling Tech - 3rd shift

Faribault Foods Inc., the leading food manufacturing plant located in Rita Ranch, is looking for applicants with a great attitude and willingness to learn to join our production team! We manufacture, can, and supply whole beans, refried beans, and enchilada sauces in over 15 branded items and numerous custom private labels. The primary responsibility of the Filling Technician is to operate filling equipment including the depalletizer, can conveyor systems, lid feeder, fillers, seamer, can x-ray, can coders, metal detectors, dewatering belts, hydrostat, and associated conveyors. Monitor the processes of the filling systems so that product quality is guaranteed and package integrity is assured. Participate as a Team Member of their assigned Business Unit. Direction is provided by the Shift Manager who coordinates the activities of Team members involved in the filling of products for their assigned Business Unit. The Business Unit goals are consistent with company goals and business unit Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to include safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. Monday - Friday, 3rd shift, 10: 00 pm - 6: 30 am
