Job Description:
The AI Architect at Epiq, part of Legal Solutions and reporting to the Director of Operations Engineering, is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company' s AI initiatives. This multifaceted position encompasses leading the design, development and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning across our products and platforms while maintaining high security and compliance oversight. The AI Architect will set the technical vision for AI initiative, ensuring scalability and reliability of the systems and guide the team in apply AI responsibly and effectively to solve business challenges.
This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and high-level system design, with a focus on building robust AI platforms, frameworks and pipelines that accelerate innovation and deliver measurable value.

The Compensation range for this role is 150, 000 to 165, 000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:
Location-based market rate for the role
Your abilities in relation to the job specification
