Job Description:

Job Summary

Oversees the daily operations of a team in Client Services. Through leadership, training, and development of staff members, this position will ensure client requirements are achieved, and resources are maximized to their full potential. Additionally, this role is responsible for supervising requirements gathering, determining and managing to timelines, and coordinating interdepartmental communications. A successful supervisor always has our client’s interests in mind by ensuring escalations are addressed quickly and appropriately and that consumer-facing discussions are effective and handled with empathy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily performance of the team to ensure a high level of productivity, quality, and satisfaction.

  • Generate reports and statistics to demonstrate team activity and highlight or predict trends.

  • Assist in managing resources to achieve financial objectives, goals, and targets as established by executive management.

  • Ensure appropriate operational readiness (staffing, resource levels, core skills, etc.) to perform essential services within a defined standard.

  • Work closely with the team and operational partners to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.

  • Provide direction, vision and drive continuous process improvement.

  • Assist in setting individual goals and objectives for direct reports, conduct performance reviews and coaching, establish development plans, and provide mentorship, as applicable.

  • Collaborates with various departments to enhance service quality standards.

  • Job Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in management or relevant industry experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or management role leading teams.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong “people” orientation with an ability to foster team environment, development, and growth

  • Desire and willingness to develop leadership skills and to lead by example

  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain cooperative professional relationships

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
