Deloitte is hiring a Delivery Manager, Workday HCM Operations & Maintenance in Gilbert, AZ. This is a full-time position, and requiring a bachelor degree.

Work You'll Do

As a Delivery Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:
  • Serving as the primary client point of contact for Workday HCM Application Managed Services (AMS)/Operations & Maintenance (O& M) support - managing stakeholder expectations, communicating status, and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Leading day-to-day delivery of Workday application support services, ensuring production stability, timely issue resolution, and alignment to client business needs
  • Overseeing incident management, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and end-to-end resolution of production issues while meeting service levels and operational commitments
  • Managing project plans, delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and executive reporting for ongoing enhancements, maintenance activities, and support initiatives
  • Partnering with functional, technical, and client teams to design, test, and deploy Workday enhancements that improve system performance and user experience
  • Coaching and overseeing delivery team members while driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and selected proposal or business development activities

Qualifications

Required:
  • 7+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
  • 2+ years of AMS/O& M support experience with Workday HCM
  • 1+ years of experience with leading the troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of Workday HCM
  • Actively Workday HCM Certified
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Center Location & Travel Requirements:
    • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
    • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
    • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
    • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with Workday AMS/O& M for government clients
  • Prior management consulting experience
