Work you'll do
As a Delivery Consultant, Data Engineering and Conversion Solutions on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for...

• Designing, developing, and supporting data pipelines, conversion processes, and integration workflows across client systems
• Performing data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities to support conversion and migration requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze source and target data structures, document technical requirements, and resolve data issues
• Developing and executing unit tests, supporting defect triage, and maintaining documentation for data engineering and conversion deliverables
• Contributing to project delivery by supporting sprint activities, status reporting, and implementation tasks across the data lifecycle

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics
• 4+ years of experience with Python, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI) testing, data testing, and AI agent development or implementation
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting data pipelines, data integration workflows, data conversion solutions, SQL, data analysis, and data mapping
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, defect resolution, and implementation support for migration or conversion activities
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting government, public sector, or higher education clients
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with ETL tools, data warehousing platforms, or lakehouse technologies
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience creating technical documentation, source-to-target mappings, and test evidence for project deliverables
• Experience with risk modeling and predictive modeling
