What you will do to contribute to the company's success

• Coordinates with other program/campaign stakeholders, Marketing and business leaders to schedule and orchestrate initiatives for maximum impact.
• Collaborates with regional teams to understand market pressure and opportunity.
• Monitors planning, development, and execution progress, identifying and working collaboratively with team leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to address and resolve observed issues.
• Ensures campaigns and projects are executed as planned.
• Keeps current on market trends and provides consistent recommendations and feedback to corporate team for improvements within the regions
• Shares best practices among the regions to help facilitate growth:
  
  • Shares corporate marketing initiatives with the regions
  • Work in close alignment with regional team leaders to ensure strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and market positioning
• Provides project support for market-specific outreach and efforts
• Execute projects with corporate marketing team for regional sales needs.

Qualifications:

• Industry experience
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and gain buy-in
• Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
