Avient Corporation is hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Avient is seeking a forward thinking, business-minded HR Generalist to support our Color & Additives Business. Based in Arizona, this role supports two primary manufacturing sites and requires regular on-site presence to build strong relationships with leaders and employees. The role also partners across the broader region and requires flexibility to travel in support of additional sites, business initiatives, and HR projects.
Job Summary
The HR Generalist serves as a key partner to the business, supporting the execution of HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent outcomes. This role balances day-to-day HR support with opportunities to contribute to broader initiatives, while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experience. What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment
- Foundational knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment laws
- Tech savvy with an interest in using systems to drive operational excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- Willingness to travel and maintain regular on-site presence to support assigned locations
