About the Role
Based in Auckland, you will divide your time between each hotel, executing the local brand and marketing strategies for LyLo locations across Australia and New Zealand, including Miss Lucy’s F& B outlets, with a directive of enhancing the products to meet market demand. Reporting to the Brand Manager - Urban & Social, you will work with senior management to create and roll out branding and marketing materials that focus on industry trends, key local activations and major events impacting the market, ensuring alignment with the overall LyLo and EVT Hotels & Resorts overarching strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager - Urban & Social and hotel GMs to execute a hotel marketing strategy for each hotel.
  • Execute a standardised framework of ongoing social experiences and events at every LyLo property.
  • Website content management across the various business channels.
  • Support the delivery of an annual marketing calendar of data-driven campaigns for LyLo properties and assess results ongoing to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Creation and execution of hotel specific tactical and property specific F& B campaigns.
  • Develop campaign creative in-line with overall brand guidelines.
  • Build comprehensive digital marketing campaign briefs and assist with execution and rollout.
  • Analyse campaign analytics and optimise strategies to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the team and maintain strong cross functional relationships to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Provide input to the brand eDM calendar in-line with the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Develop a comprehensive and results driven social media strategy for Miss Lucy's F& B outlets.
  • Deliver ongoing improvements to customer experience at key points of the online and on property LyLo customer journey, maintaining a customer and loyalty first approach.

Skills & Experience

  • Operational thinking with the ability to execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing marketing and communication campaigns using a variety of channels, working both proactively and reactively.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing and publishing social media content in a range of different brand voices in both copywriting and creative.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to partner with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with high level attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Minimum of two to three years post graduate experience in brand and marketing.
