We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for North East Region for Power System Business, with below-mentioned Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be based out at Guwahati & would be responsible for driving Power System business in Seven North Easter states.
- It is a target oriented role and the candidate's main responsibility would be delivering the agreed targets for Order Booking, Sales & Collection on a linear month on month basis.
- The target accounts would be identified large EPCs.
- The position would require close working with Segment teams in Electro Intensive /Electro Sensitive segments.
- End user connect is very important to succeed in the role. Therefore the position would be required to develop, maintain and enhance connect with both Government (including Utility) & Private End Users.
- Knowledge of MV Switchgear & Transformer as products and also these business in North Eastern States would be an added benefit.
- To plan and achieve order booking targets for Energy Automation Products & Solutions (Automation, Switchgear, Transformer & Solutions )
- Managing and developing existing Customer base with Key Account Management Concept
- Develop new customer Account and formulate Business Strategy to saturate the account with maximum share of business for One Schneider offer.
- Selling more digital & connected solutions to aforesaid customers
- To gain market share within the Region.
- Managing Sales Promotions Events for the customers/segment.
- Need to travel extensively to all the Seven North Eastern states.
Qualifications 1. Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. 6 - 10 years of working experience is preferable.
3. Knowledge in switchgear, E house, tendering, automation products like relay, solution, etc. or Sub-station field.
4. Good planning & inter-personal & communication skills.
