The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. Supervisor of Operations Support Pay Range: $ 109, 500 - $ 142, 250
Join our team as the Supervisor of Operations Support on the Operations Support team!
The Supervisor of Operations Support leads and develops a high-performing team that will provide critical technical and analytical engineering support for SPP’s Markets+ Service Offering. This team will play a vital role in maintaining the Network Model, Real-Time Data Model, and Commercial Model of the Markets+ footprint, while actively monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of real-time situational awareness tools used by Markets+ operators. The Supervisor will work closely with the Manager, Modeling & Data Integrity, to meet critical objectives and ensure the successful expansion of SPP’s services, particularly into the Western Interconnection.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, from 8: 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m., with extended hours potentially required.
Travel Requirement:
This position requires moderate travel (approximately 20%).
