COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.

Senior Recruiter Pay Range - $77, 900-$99, 325

OVERVIEW

The Recruiter serves as an active strategic partner with management and the Human Capital team to research, develop, and implement impactful recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and identify the best qualified candidates to support growth across assigned organizations within the company. This role ensures the organization remains ready to meet workforce needs by owning and driving the end-to-end recruitment process while championing the candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Drives end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution to ensure business areas are staffed with high-quality talent in alignment with operational goals.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing data-driven guidance and challenging assumptions to improve hiring decisions.
  • Partners with management to define talent needs and align hiring strategies with effective selection decisions.
  • Uses market insights and talent data to maintain a competitive position and inform sourcing strategies.
  • Refines recruiting strategies using market data to increase the efficiency and impact of hiring efforts.
  • Coordinates and executes outreach and recruiting events such as career fairs to expand the talent pool and strengthen the organizational brand.
  • Develops partnerships with educational institutions to support early-career talent pipelines and intern programs.
  • Maintains consistent adherence to recruitment processes and ensures full compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborates on workforce planning and hiring prioritization to focus recruitment resources on the highest-priority needs.
  • Analyzes recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall experience for candidates and hiring managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience Requirements:

  • Five (5)+ years of experience of full-cycle recruiting in a consultative environment

Preferred Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources or related field or 2 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Other Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • In-depth understanding of best hiring and promotion practices
  • Understanding of headcount management best practices
  • Experience in sourcing applicants and understanding of sourcing best practices
  • Maintains corporate and employee confidentiality
  • Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage complex requisition loads

  • Requires the ability to work and collaborate with managers and employees at all levels to exchange ideas, information, and opinions to facilitate the task.

Travel Requirement:

  • This position requires travel on a seasonal basis (15%).
