COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.

Administrative Coordinator II|Pay Range: $47, 050.00 - $56, 430.00

Administrative Coordinator III |Pay Range: $51, 150.00 - $62, 630.00

To Be Successful in This Role, We’re Looking For:

  • Level II:

    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience; or

    • In lieu of a degree, 5 years of related experience

  • Level III:
    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of related experience; or

    • In lieu of a degree, 7 years of related experience

Required:

  • Operating knowledge of standard office equipment, including phone systems and photocopy machines.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products including experience in e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Experience in creating and editing documents in Adobe.
  • Posess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Experience managing work cues, inventory supplies or multiple work projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with fast-paced customer-focused work environments.

Preferred:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision, identify problems and implement or recommend solutions, interpret and apply policies and procedures within limits of authority.
  • Technical aptitude utilizing required systems that are used in the essential functions.
  • Ability to be flexible and able to function with constantly changing and multiple priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and demonstrate an ability to grasp complex and highly integrated systems.
  • Perform daily activities independently with elevated decision-making authority.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to make decisions, interpret data, and solve problems.
  • The employee frequently is required to walk, stand or sit for extended periods, and use hands to operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.
  • Requires the ability to work and collaborate with managers and employees at all levels to exchange ideas, information, and opinions to facilitate the task.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to understand and comply with SPP Policies and Procedures.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday business hours with flexible time opportunities, working extended hours may be required.

Travel Requirement:

  • This position requires minimal travel (approximately 0-15%)
