A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIELD REPRESENTATIVE As a Field Representative, you have the distinct opportunity to be the face of Rainwater when you are meeting with clients and potential clients to answer questions and get documents signed. This position is similar to a customer service courier. You will be out and about all day meeting new people and helping them secure legal representation. This position plays a vital role in providing new clients with excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met while ensuring they get signed up. Reliable transportation is a must, as you will need it to travel around on assignments. Your positive, can-do attitude makes you a joy to work with for both clients and staff alike. While you are organized and love the satisfaction of getting things done, you are also a people person and enjoy a new challenge daily, sometimes even hourly. Though you are self-directed and able to work independently, you are also a team player who collaborates well with everyone at the firm to make things happen for our clients.
