Job Summary Jones Center Swim is seeking a patient, safety-minded Swim Instructor to join our aquatics team. In this role, you will teach water safety and swimming techniques to individuals of various ages and skill levels, helping them build confidence and skills in the water. Your passion for swimming and dedicated instruction will ensure a safe, encouraging, and fun learning environment that fosters a lifelong love for aquatics. Main Responsibilities Foster a safe, fun, and adaptive learning environment for all ages and abilities. Implement Jones Center Learn to Swim curriculum. Proactively seek out new effective teaching methods. Teach water safety, enforce pool rules, and model safe choices in and around the water. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned.
