Job Description
Highlands Oncology Group PA is hiring a Infusion Nurse in Springdale, AR. This is a full-time position.
Join a team where compassion meets excellence. Our busy oncology clinic is seeking a dedicatedInfusion Nurse who thrives in a patient-focused environment and is committed to delivering outstanding care. We offer the opportunity to work alongside leading oncology specialists, utilize advanced treatment protocols, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients facing cancer with courage and determination. Highlands Oncology began in 1996 with three physicians and a desire to change the face of oncology care in our community. Dr. Malcolm Hayward, Dr. Dan Bradford, and Dr. Thad Beck knew that patients do better at home, in the community where they live and work, and where their support system is already in place. In furthering that goal, Highlands has grown with the region from a single location 26 years ago, to 6 locations in Northwest and Northcentral Arkansas today employing more than 800 diverse team members. As Northwest Arkansas continues to grow, so must the services and providers available in the region. Highlands Oncology is committed to remaining on the cutting edge to ensure our community has access to the very best cancer care. What we have is something quite unique right here in our own backyard with a caring multidisciplinary team focused on treating patients like family. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infusion Nurse to join our private oncology clinic. The Infusion Nurse plays a critical role in the administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other IV medications to oncology patients in a safe and supportive environment. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach to care. The ideal candidate will be proficient in IV therapy, knowledgeable about oncology treatment protocols, and experienced in monitoring patients for adverse reactions. Collaborating closely with oncologists, pharmacists, and other members of the care team, the Infusion Nurse ensures the highest standards of care, safety, and comfort for patients undergoing cancer treatment.
