Location: Onsite at 8520 Hollander Drive, Franksville, WI 53126

Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Reports to: Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Manager to organize and oversee our manufacturing processes and goods. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great portion of the day. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets our customer expectations.

Essential Functions

  1. Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
  2. Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
  3. Prioritize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
  4. Monitor production to resolve issues.
  5. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
  6. Determine amount of necessary inventory to avoid waste.
  7. Ensure finished product meets our quality standards.
  8. Enforce health and safety precautions.

Competencies

  1. Proven experience as a Production Manager
  2. Deep knowledge of production management.
  3. Understanding of quality standards as well as health and safety regulations.
  4. Knowledge of budgeting concepts.
  5. Strong organizational and leadership skills, including performance management and evaluations.
  6. Strong communication skills.
  7. Attention to detail and time management.
  8. Strong decision-making skills with a results-driven approach.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED with minimum 5 years of Production Manager experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Management with 5 years minimum relevant experience preferred.
