Arconic is currently in search of a CSC Order Specialist to join our Kawneer team based in Springdale, AR.

Job Summary:

As a CSC Order Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Order Execution Team. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and managing orders for non-engineered projects. You will review customer orders and purchases, coordinate order status, and ensure accurate and timely order entry. This role requires a technical mindset and excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.

In this role, you will:
  • Review customer orders and purchases.
  • Coordinate order status - placing an order in Estimating, Order Entry, and Takeoff statuses.
  • Adjust prices based on established guidelines.
  • Send orders to manufacturing based on standard practices.
  • Handle Order Processing and Order Management of Non-Engineered projects.
  • Interact with customers and sales representatives.
  • Work with customer on processing, scheduling, order changes, product issues, & customer claims.
  • Utilize or develop knowledge of product and price book.
  • Interact and coordinate with internal resources on projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of orders.
