AirConnect LLC is hiring a National Account Manager in Sheridan, AR. This is a full-time position.

JOB SUMMARY The NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (NAM) - AC is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with multi-site commercial clients across the country. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, educating prospective and existing clients on service offerings, and delivering tailored roofing and paving solutions that align with client needs. The NAM plays a critical role in expanding the companys national footprint through proactive sales strategies, data-driven account management, and cross-functional collaboration. The NAM is accountable for managing the full sales cycle, maintain accurate records, and contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: IDENTIFY and engage prospective clients, focusing on multi-site commercial property owners, facility managers, and key decisionmakers. BUILD and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, strategic outreach, and consistent value delivery. DEVELOP and execute a proactive sales strategy that includes cold calling, networking, and target marketing. GENERATE qualified leads, convert prospects into clients, and contribute to the expansion of the companys national footprint. EDUCATE clients on RoofConnect and PaveConnect service offerings.ASSESS client needs and recommend tailored roofing and paving solutions that align with their business goals. DELIVER presentations and proposals both virtually and in-person. USE Salesforce to document all sales activity, manage leads and opportunities, and maintain accurate records.LEVERAGE CRM data to support sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance analysisMANAGE a portfolio of national accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. PROVIDE regular follow-up, resolve client issues promptly, and seek opportunities to expand service engagement across additional sites or business units.ESTIMATE and analyze records of past and present operations, trends, costs, and revenue. SUPPORT planning efforts by assessing administrative commitments, obligations incurred, and performance metrics tied to client accounts. ATTEND client meetings, site visits, industry events, and networking functions to maintain client relationships and company visibility. MUST Be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time. WORK collaboratively with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure service alignment with client expectations. PROVIDE input for cross-functional initiatives and process improvements that enhance the customer service. PERFORMS OTHER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. EQUIPMENT OPERATED: General office equipment (fax machine, copier, desk phone, scanner) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of B2B sales strategies, national account management, and territory development.Knowledge of facility services, commercial construction, or related service industries. Knowledge of CRM systems, with an emphasis on Salesforce for lead and pipeline management. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships through vital and in-person engagement. Ability to identify client needs and provide customized service solutions aligned with business goals. Ability to interpret sales data, operational trends, and revenue reports to support business development. Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting. Ability to maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in all client and team interactions. Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, internal teams, and executive leadership. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and supporting teams. Ability to sell both virtually and in person. Ability to utilize Salesforce. Skilled in written and verbal communication, including proposal writing and client presentations. Skilled in cold calling, networking, and virtual sales outreach. Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools. Skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making. Skilled in self-motivation and performance accountability within a goal-driven environment.
