Performs system administration, configuration, maintenance, and support for multiple companies of all Workday systems including, but not limited to; Financials, Human Capital Management, Procurement and Payroll. Performs high-level, technical analysis to identify and coordinate the development, testing, and implementation of business process resolutions and enhancements in order to more efficiently carry out the business and operational needs of RFCU and related service organizations. Coordinates and participates in application testing and problem resolution with subject matter experts in each respective area of the Workday system. Serves as a liaison between business units and Workday technical consultants, as needed, keeping internal controls a top priority. Has a clear understanding of RFCU and related service organizations business operations, products, and compliance requirements. Prepares detailed documentation for end-user training, user guides, and change management.
Workday Support Analysts are distinguished from Senior Workday Support Analysts by their applicable education, experience and responsibility for carrying out complex applications support activities independently, with a sound understanding of Credit Union business operations, products and compliance requirements.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs system administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of all Workday systems for RFCU and related service organizations, including, but not limited to: Accounting & Financials, Human Capital Management & Recruiting, Procurement, Payroll, and Analytics. Performs global system setup and design, including business processes and reporting; develops and maintains inbound and outbound data interfaces/integrations with core banking system and multiple third-party systems; researches, analyzes, makes recommendations, and resolves a wide variety of technical system problems.
- Works with subject matter experts and process owners within the organization to develop efficient technology solutions and prioritize requests; provides technical guidance and training to RFCU and related service organizations’ staff to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; provides information to management, internal customers, and vendors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of system documentation.
- Performs configuration and maintenance of security profiles for all employees across multiple companies. Works with Information Technology to ensure compliance with RFCU and related service organizations’ security policies.
- Leads and participates in systems testing and upgrade processes; oversees and/or develops test scenarios; analyzes the effectiveness and functionality of new programming to ensure all requirements are met; notifies programming staff of testing problems and required updates to programming.
- Documents and presents system change requirements to Workday Steering Committee. Maintains employee user guides and facilitates training of end users.
- Develops functional configuration for new applications or updates/enhancements to existing applications. Troubleshoots and resolves system performance and application issues. Serve as liaison between business units and Workday technical consultants, as needed.
- Creates and maintains complex data uploads into Workday utilizing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
- Completes Workday training and self-study to achieve and maintain knowledge required to continuously service RFCU and related service organization products, services, and overall operations.

Education Requirements
4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, Accounting or a closely related field. - Required
Workday Pro Certification - Preferred
Experience Requirement
3 Years - Responsible experience in performing system configuration, analytical support, testing and related functions for business applications - Required
3 Years - Prior relevant experience in Workday systems - Required
