NHC Place Anniston is seeking a Maintenance Director who is able to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, fellow employees and visitors. The qualified applicant for this position must have at least 2 years experience in maintenance and various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Healthcare experience preferred.

- maintaining records of work performed and costs involved
- advising and consulting with administrator on maintenance and repair needs concerning structure, equipment and grounds
