NHC Moulton, is in need of a PRN physical therapist. Moulton is a 45 minute drive from Huntsville.
The physical therapist in this position will provide evaluations and treatments to the adult population at this 136 bed skilled nursing facility serving the adult inpatients with diverse diagnoses.
