Position: Social Services Assistant - Temporary

NHC HealthCare Anniston is looking for a temporary Social Worker Assistant to join our team! The Social Work Assistant provides direct intervention for the social and emotional needs of the patient, under the supervision of the MSW. This position will focus on insurance authorizations and be a point of contact for insurance companies.

Recommended to have 1-2 years of experience in social services preferably working with the geriatric population. Prior experience with insurance authorizations and basic knowledge of insurance is a plus.
