Description:

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist for our Huntsville, AL facility. The person in this position will Process expense reports, Support the Work Order flow process, and support our technicians in the field. They participate in and contribute to our culture of Safety. Responsibilities: - Follows all company safety policies, without exception - Processing approximately 10 expense reports weekly for Technicians - Daily review/validate technician daily time sheets - Daily/weekly monitor technician logging activities - Daily/weekly monitor technician charging activities - Run and use system reports as needed for work order accuracy - Monitor work order flow process - Verify work order entries against timecard entries - Monthly compete 4 to 5 state Pressure Vessel Inspections - Communicate well with internal and external customers - Communicate regularly with Technicians, Superintendents, Salesperson's, and other internal groups as necessary - Prepare correspondence, installation booklets, and other pertinent technical documents - Managing office supply inventory - Data entry using JDE and Field Centrix databases - Knows and practices defensive driving techniques Qualifications: - HS Diploma or equivalency required; Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. - Computer Software - MS Office Suite, Excel, JDE, Kronos, and or Field Centrix - Computer Expertise - knowledgeable of laptops, and tablets - 1-2 years of previous work experience in a similar role required - Demonstrates an understanding of team concept and works well with others - Professional in nature and conduct About Linde: Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
