Our facilities support a positive and fun environment that fosters cultural exchange, friendships, and meaningful memories Position Summary The Housekeeping / Common Area Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our housing facilities. This position focuses on maintaining shared spaces and ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the property. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lounges, hallways, lobbies, and kitchensVacuum, sweep, and mop floors regularlyClean and restock restroomsClean up spills promptly and safely using appropriate tools and materialsNotify management of maintenance or repair needsEmpty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properlyAssist residents and guests in a friendly and helpful manner when neededKeep linen and supply rooms organized and stockedClean upholstered furniture according to guidelinesClean resident rooms following departure Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferredStrong time management and self-motivation skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionCapable of lifting up to 25 poundsFamiliarity with cleaning procedures and equipmentProfessional appearance and positive demeanorFriendly, dependable, and hardworking
