Job Description

Globe P.O.S Systems Inc. is hiring a Customer Technical Support Specialist in Montgomery, AL. This is a full-time position.

  • Reports to the Director of Operations.
  • Fulfills tasks based on direct manager assignment
  • Deploys Company’s Customer Support activities: Assists in the response to customer technical queries and service calls to the Customer Support.
  • Answers customer queries to support telephone out of office hours as and when required.
  • Plans, manages and performs version upgrades, on site and remotely.
  • Be available for On-call support on rotation, evening, weekends and holidays as necessary
