Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program

• Active Alabama dental license (or ability to obtain one prior to start)

• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry and a passion for working with children and teens

• Excellent chairside manner with a focus on patient comfort and building trust

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical dental care

• Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive team

• Willingness to engage in community and patient education efforts
