Job Description
BLOC Resources, LLC is hiring a Drafter 2 in Birmingham, AL. This is a full-time position.
Position Overview The Drafter 2 is responsible for preparing and maintaining CAD drawings and technical documentation supporting transmission line survey and right-of-way activities. This role will support survey field crews and office personnel by creating accurate drawings, researching existing survey and real estate records, interpreting legal property information, and preparing written descriptions for transmission-related projects. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with survey data, property boundaries, topographic information, right-of-way records, and legal descriptions while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and timely project completion.
