What You'll Do:

• Perform MIG welding and torch welding on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
• Use measuring tools to determine critical dimensions and tolerances
• Install various truck and body components onto chassis
• Conduct sanding, grinding, and metal prep work
• Perform rework as needed and maintain quality standards
• Follow established safety and quality procedures
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing tasks

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Welding experience or vocational training
• Ability to pass a preliminary weld test
• AWS D1.1 Code certification within 60 days of placement
• Experience with wire feed welding, MIG or TIG welding
• Strong attention to detail and blueprint reading skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
