What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our facility and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Install, relocate, and set up manufacturing equipment
  • Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical schematics
  • Perform electrical wiring and equipment installations in industrial environments
  • Repair plumbing and facility systems as needed
  • Identify and correct safety concerns
  • Perform welding, cutting, brazing, and soldering projects
  • Operate machine shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and milling machines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and RCI events
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas using 5S principles
  • Utilize computer systems to access technical information and documents
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience operating CNC or other specialized manufacturing equipment
  • Drug Screen and Physical

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronics Engineering, or a related field OR
  • Five or more years of industrial electrical/electronic maintenance experience

Experience with:
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Industrial troubleshooting and mechanical repair
  • PLCs and motor controls
  • Industrial/commercial electrical systems
  • 480V three-phase power systems
  • Electrical testing equipment and multimeters
