What You'll Do: As a Resident Care Nurse Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities include:
- Serve as the main liaison between residents, families, and our care team, ensuring clear communication about care plans, treatments, and progress.
- Participate in daily team meetings, ensuring a seamless, collaborative approach to resident care across all departments.
- Monitor and adjust care plans to meet the evolving needs of each resident, ensuring they receive the personalized care they deserve.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care and accountability.
What We're Looking For: - Alaska RN or LPN License (Required).
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A team player who can also work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.
