Job Overview: We're seeking a dedicated Resident Care Nurse Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of residents. In this role, you'll coordinate care plans, communicate with residents and families, and work closely with the teams to ensure high-quality, personalized care. You'll be a key communicator, organizing daily tasks, and adapting to the changing needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for residents and families, explaining care plans, treatments, and progress.
- Participate in daily team meetings to ensure coordinated care across departments.
- Monitor and adjust care plans based on changing resident needs.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications: - Alaska LN license (RN or LPN).
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
