Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for residents and families, explaining care plans, treatments, and progress.
• Participate in daily team meetings to ensure coordinated care across departments.
• Monitor and adjust care plans based on changing resident needs.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Alaska LN license (RN or LPN).
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
