Supplemental Health Care is connecting Long Term Care/chronic Care Lpn/lvns with top-tier hospital contracts in Bethel, Alaska.

Qualifications:

• Current Alaska Lpn/lvn License / Certification
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 to 2 years of recent Long Term Care/chronic Care experience

Long Term Care/chronic Care Lpn/lvn Contract Details:

• $1, 520 - $1, 570 per week*
• Weekly pay
• 13-week full-time contract with possibility to extend
• AM shifts available
• 40 hours per week
