Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Anchorage, Alaska and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Alaska
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $2, 700 - $2, 750 per week
• 13-week contract
• Paid by the hour - not by the visit
• Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
