We are looking for passionate graduates for our Nordic Graduate Program, focused on your education and your professional and personal development. As a Schneider Electric graduate, you will work together with talented colleagues on real-life cases supporting the sustainable energy agenda.

What we are looking for

You are a recently graduated student with a degree in Engineering, Commercial, or Business, ready to join a high-performance team. You must be proficient in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing.

We hope you are curious, willing to learn, and excited to use your theoretical knowledge to challenge yourself, and us. This requires commitment, knowledge sharing, and a strong willingness to grow.

Program duration: September 2026 - May 2027

Location: Sweden

Extra: This is a paid graduate program, and you will continue your career with Schneider Electric after it concludes.

Graduate responsibilities

This year we are looking for graduates in the following areas:

Associate Project Manager

Use your engineering background to support the technical execution of Building Management System projects. You will collaborate with teams to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability while helping design impactful solutions.

Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will lead small package projects within our Application Center, manage project execution, ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with suppliers and colleagues to maintain compliance.

Project Engineer

Oversee small and medium projects, manage schedules, scope, and budgets, build customer relationships, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure effective project profitability and forecasting.
