What we offer you:

As a key member of our Nordic management team, reporting to the VP Digital Energy Nordic Baltic Zone, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the services business in the region. Your focus will be on driving performance, providing support to countries, and leading future business development.
  • Develop and implement the regional services strategy, concentrating on performance and future business development in alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the P& L of the services organization in the Nordic Baltic zone, emphasizing country support and operational excellence
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery, strong customer connections, and initiatives that enhance customer retention.
  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and resources, supporting countries to deliver services efficiently while maintaining high quality.
  • Lead the development of a high-performing team of service professionals, setting performance objectives and nurturing a culture of high performance.


What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in leadership within the services industry, focusing on aligning service strategies with company goals and driving operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing P& L, achieving financial goals, and fostering a culture of high performance within teams.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is advantageous.
