As Team Lead of Support Services, this professional will lead the client support team and ensure customer concerns and timelines are properly managed. A successful Team Lead of Support Services will thrive in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly.

What your impact will be:

• Provide leadership, direction, and vision to the Support Services team.
• Serve as the first stop for any support-related questions from the team.
• Accountable for the team's delivery of timely and accurate solutions to customers, including onboarding and training.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve process documentation for the support team.
• Assist in troubleshooting support and implementation issues when appropriate.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer support role.
• Proven experience training new members of the Support Services team.
• Experience responding to a high volume of support tickets to resolve immediate customer issues.
• Experience gathering important customer feedback.
• Ability to travel when required to client site.
