We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Summer Student. You will get a chance to dive into various projects while working in a supportive and collaborative work environment. This is a temporary position that goes until the end of August and reports to the Manager of Labour Relations & Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment process:
  • Job posting
  • Resume screening
  • Scheduling interviews
• Set up pre-access testing.
• Maintain accurate employee HR data in HRIS database (Oracle).
• Provide general information and direction to support the HR services.
• Participate on projects and provide other administrative assistance as required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential/ sensitive information and records.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
