Junior Process Engineer
This position reports into Mixing Lead and is based at Mandra .

What you will doThe Junior Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing and improving mixing processes to ensure efficiency and quality in operations. You will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions for continuous improvement:

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mixing operations and troubleshoot any issues
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mixing equipment and processes
  • Stay current on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in mixing processes
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of mixing procedures and best practices
  • Support for New Processes: Support the implementation of new processes related to the production department and adhere to company operation methods and task deadlines (GCC).

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Engineering or Food Technology or a related field with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends in process engineering.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Project management skills.
