Brand Manager

The Brand Manager will be accountable for leading the achievement of a major Hematology product business results by localizing and implementing the product strategy in an exceptional manner, working closely with the region. They will be accountable for achieving key business metrics (Market share, Patient share, Business Plan target etc.) with the core value team collaboration influenced by exceptional leadership without authority. They will also lead and shape in developing and executing the successful launch strategy of new brand/ indications and potential other pipeline products.

Responsibilities:

  • Describe in depth what a customer journey is, the stakeholders involved and why it is important to our business and connect this to the strategy.
  • Shape the market research while leading the team to ask the right questions.
  • Analyze & interpret data from a range of sources, for example macro/regulatory/cultural/medical/technological trends.
  • Proactively seek out sources of data on target audiences, medical marketing, therapeutic areas, the competition and healthcare landscape on a regular basis to develop compelling insights.
  • Develop, execute and evaluate the marketing plans and support it, leading certain initiatives, making informed choices at key milestones in an exceptional manner.
  • Develop messaging that is relevant and engaging for the audience when delivering internal presentations in a storytelling approach.
  • Build collaborative external partnerships that will deliver brand strategies and increase our competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate and lead with the people who work with and be able to bring individual goals together to develop a shared vision of success.
  • Network with peers and externally to understand best practices and lessons learned within the organization and in the market.
  • Help guide the mapping of the customer journey, the deep understanding of pain points and customer needs on and off-line at each step.
  • Manage brand spend and resources and ensure optimal utilization of allocated budget

Skillset

  • Strategic thinking, ability to implement business plans, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to cultivate senior level relationships and create partnerships with stakeholders
  • Understanding of dynamics in complex organizations and ability to influence people
  • Strong Lymphomas diseases knowledge
  • English proficiency

Background

  • Advanced degree in life sciences and / or business
  • Bio/pharma experience needed, strong haematology experience desired
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in commercial roles in a healthcare environment
