We are searching for the best talent for a Culture and Change Management Manager to be in Grecia, Costa Rica.
Purpose:
Individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert, who works independently with minimal supervision. Implement strategic plans and partners with stakeholders to ensure strategies and required investments are reflected in the business plan. Supports projects that drive change and business growth objectives. Drives standardization and adoption of new processes, J& J Culture and tools across the organization.
You will be responsible for:
- This individual will report to the Operations Director and will work as a strategic partner to foster collaboration across business units and assist in executing talent-related programs and solutions related to onboarding, training, talent and performance management, and employee engagement.
- He/she will implement processes to collect employee and manager feedback on policies and programs related to career and leadership development, organizational design, and change management.
- It will be critical for this Culture Leader to establish trusted relationships with managers and provide guidance on performance management, counseling, career development, and retention. Additionally, this Culture Leader will collaborate cross-functionally to build a strong, strategic foundation for Johnson & Johnson’s Credo-based culture and Leadership Imperatives.
- Develops actionable insights into strategic initiatives, working directly with management in the organization to solve complex strategies and business problems as a member of the business.
- Executes identification, creation, and development of growth focused initiatives to ensure that they contribute to the strategic, financial, and operational objectives for the company.
- Consults on translation of strategy blueprint into actionable plans to mitigate potential change management issues for the organization.
- Acts as top-level specialist on business cases for investment committees and coordination of resources for cultural and change management project advancement.
- Implement systems to create financial models and valuation analyses models to uncover potential change management issues for business growth and strategic transaction activities and prepare reports for presentation to leaders.
- Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
- Develop strategies to detect business needs in Culture matters.
- Execute on the implementation of the performance development cycle.
- Partner with senior business leaders on organizational change projects, communication plans, and leadership alignment.
- Ensure the implementation of Individual and Leadership training.
- Provide coaching when necessary.
- Enables activities and programs related to building strategic capabilities and driving a culture that embraces and advances J& J´s Credo, Innovation and performance.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Human Resources or related university degree required. A master or higher degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive key outcomes for the business
- Innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans.
- Support of multiple business functions and working in various industries, ideally within large, complex organizations, is required.
- Driving strategic changes to meet changing business needs and exploring new business models is required.
- Working with cross-functional project teams.
- Innovative and strategic thinking willingness and initiative to try new approaches.
- At least 6-8 years of related experience as Culture Manager, change management specialist or Communications manager in the Manufacturing Device Industry.
- Presential 5 days a week in Grecia, Alajuela.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in use of Power BI, AI, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint and other Microsoft Office Suite components preferred.
- Disciplined person with a high sense of order.
- Highly confidentiality and discretional sense.
- Proficiency in MS-Office package (i.e. spreadsheets, presentation and word processing).
- Candidates will be able and willing to learn new HR technologies.
- Knowledge and technical experience in Strategic Human Resource Management include Training Plans, Career Development, Performance Evaluation, Culture Studies and Organizational Climate.
- Knowledge of Costa Rica employment law for both Salaried and Wage employees.
- Knowledge of Personnel Administration.
