Context and purposeWithin the France Data Office (FDO), you ensure that operations deployed across the territory are managed in compliance with applicable regulations and internal security standards.
Reporting lineKey member of the FDO team; close interfaces with Cybersecurity, Data Risk, Data Protection Office, domains and business stakeholders.
Your roleAct as the guardian of compliant data across the territory: identify risks, deploy frameworks, drive action plans and strengthen privacy & security culture.
Your missionsData risk management- Identify and manage data risks (privacy, security, classification); ensure standards appropriation
- Support project teams in deploying privacy and risk frameworks
- Assess risks, define action plans and follow execution with Cyber, Data Risk and DPO
- Support data breach resolution and incident management
Compliance, governance and awareness- Define and enforce privacy & security policies aligned with regulation and internal standards
- Act as Privacy Champion for personal data protection topics
- Ensure projects' compliance within scope (e.g., Golden Rule #0)
- Raise awareness, train teams and embed compliance in day-to-day operations
Your profile- Strong knowledge of privacy (GDPR, French law) and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
- +8 years of experience in data/governance with leadership in multicultural environments; exposure to top management
- Hands-on implementation of privacy & security controls in complex cross-functional contexts
- Strong leadership, communication and influence; collaboration with IT/Cyber, Legal and business
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- C2 French level
