Context

How do we make Schneider Electric an employer of choice?
You will roll out in France the Group's Employer Brand and University Relations strategy to strengthen our attractiveness and nurture a sustainable talent community.

Your missions

Employer Brand:
  • Implement in France the Group employer brand strategy,
  • Select the most relevant communication channels for the targeted audiences,
  • Identify the best opportunities to position Schneider Electric as an employer of choice,
  • Track key metrics and recommend actions to improve them,
  • Own our external partnerships (e.g., job boards, communication partners); monitor investments and associated ROI,
  • Contribute to cross-country projects with peers in other locations.


University Relations:
  • Deploy in France the Group's University Relations strategy,
  • Define school partnerships aligned with our strategic hiring priorities,
  • Animate relationships with schools in France with the support of the Talent Attraction team,
  • Identify the most impactful campus actions aligned with our hiring needs,
  • Track key data for our partner and target schools,
  • Contribute to cross-country projects with peers in other locations.


Your profile
  • Master's degree in Marketing/Communication; strong interest in HR and recruiting topics,
  • Experience in communication/marketing (internal and external),
  • Creativity; excellent written and oral communication (French & English); strong command of digital tools and social media,
  • Strong interpersonal skills with C-level presence,
  • Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution,
  • Ability to rally teams around common goals; team player,
  • Fluent in French and English.
