Role reports to: GM, TWHK
Location: Hong Kong
What you will do
The CD Head, Hong Kong is responsible for developing the business strategies and driving the sales result. Directs the activities of the sales staff to ensure compliance with business plan and company policies. Establishes sales territories, quotas, and goals and advises staff. Works with Marketing team to influence stratify and provide forecasts. Establishes and manages budgets, forecasts and reports. Scrutinizes expenses against budget. Studies marketplace trends and changes taking place for implications to business. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates. Develops sales campaigns to accommodate business goals. Monitors sales staff performance against quota and initiates departmental changes as appropriate to achieve goals
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the creative team in developing innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that align with the brand's vision and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative output is consistent and on-brand.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new creative techniques and technologies into campaigns.
• Manage and mentor team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and growing in their roles.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of professionals to support field sales
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks
• Provide insights and recommendations to sales and marketing management team
• Develop and manage departmental budget
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify market related information needs and data sources
• Monitor and resolve issues in the development and implementation of plans and tools to facilitate and improve sales and marketing functions
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 15 years of related experience in sales, and 8 years people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
• Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English.
